On every product page we list a grade: A grade, A-B grade or B grade. This label gives an indication of the average condition of the goods in a lot. In this article we explain how to interpret it.
What does A grade mean?
A grade indicates that the majority of items in a lot are in good condition: often still factory-sealed, unopened, or showing minimal signs of use. This is the highest condition rating we currently offer.
What does A-B grade mean?
A-B grade means the lot contains a mix of items in good condition and items with a slightly lower condition, for example due to damaged packaging or light signs of use. The functionality of the items is not necessarily affected, but you should expect more variation.
What does B grade mean?
B grade points to a wider spread in quality: from damaged packaging to items that may not be fully complete or tested. These lots are particularly suited to buyers who want to sort, test or repair items themselves, and who value a lower purchase price over uniform quality.
